We know that the 12 step programme is a spiritual programme. This does not mean that we have to be religious but it does mean that we cannot continue to live life on our own terms and conditions. We have to surrender to a process. 

Jahara Treatment Centre is a Christian Centre but we are open and welcoming of all. The Christian principles are taught purely through the way that we live. It is each persons own journey and they are free to take whatever direction they choose. 

Jahara Treatment Centre hosts its own church service every Sunday with our own praise and worship band. Although we attempt to keep the Christian element out of the day to day programme it is incorporated in weekly bible studies, in morning prayer groups and in specialised Easter week activities.
